Chef Aseel has always had a passion for great food. Growing up in Nablus, Palestine, where great food is always the target!

Her developing passion for food heightened during her many years of practicing making food. She took every opportunity to learn by attending cooking classes, attaining professional certificates, meeting chefs, traveling, and exploring many different cuisines.
